Support Engineer (indoor service)
Ihre Aufgaben:
Handling of technical Support-questions of Asian customers
Communication with our regional partners and suppliers for technical solutions
Cut surface to our different departments like product management, software, production, development and quality
Management to support a close collaboration
Support for our engineers in Asia
Preparation of technical information for quotations
Organization of missing parts at final acceptance of a machine
Write and editing of service claim
Successfully completed technical apprenticeship in sector mechatronics, software or electronics
Theoretical and practical Know-how about tool grinding machines in the sector mechanics, electronics and regula¿tion
Das bringen Sie mit:
Professional experience in machinery and plant engineering, preferable in flied service
Good level of written and spoken Chinese
Good level of written and spoken English
Independent work, strong target orientation and ability to work under pressure
High service and customer orientation as well as distinct communication skills
Global willingness to travel and driving license
