Field Service Engineer (m­­/­­f­­/­­d)

Who performs installations, troubleshooting and repairs at our customers' sites. - Independent execution of preventive & corrective maintenance at the customer's site in the service area EMEA - Installation & commissioning of probers and accessories, including final acceptance and release of complete products and assemblies according to test and acceptance regulations - Preparation of commissioning protocols and acceptance reports - Technical training and instruction of customers - Troubleshooting and repair of our probers both as telephone support and at the customer's site - Implementation and monitoring of technical escalations - Professional customer communication - Responsible for timely processing, documentation, invoicing and control of work orders, customer orders and service calls according to FormFactor guidelines - Actively collaborate with other FormFactor departments to ensure continuous improvement of products - Regular participation in qualification measures - Adherence to all health and safety requirements both internally and during customer service calls
