Software Engineer Robotics (m/f/d)
Aufgaben:
- Robotics Simulations: Independently create and optimise robot simulations for special systems to analyse and enhance system performance.
- Analyses: Conduct accessibility and collision analyses, as well as cycle time studies, to ensure efficient and trouble-free production.
- Safety Concepts: Develop and implement comprehensive safety concepts for robotic applications, adhering to relevant standards and regulations.
- Programming and Commissioning: Program, commission, and configure robots, including the integration of safety functions and interfaces with PLC systems (Yaskawa, Fanuc, KUKA, ABB).
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Mechanical Design and Software departments to ensure optimal integration and functionality of robotic systems.
- Service and Training: Provide support in the service area and conduct training sessions for operational and maintenance staff.
- Documentation: Create and maintain electrical documentation for system configuration and assist with maintenance and service tasks.
Qualifikationen:
Education: Successfully completed a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable engineering discipline, or an equivalent technician qualification.Experience: At least 3 years of experience in robotics programming and integration.Software Knowledge: Strong knowledge and practical experience with simulation and programming software tools, including Visual Components, MotoSim, Roboguide, KukaSim, Solid Edge, and Catia.Programming Skills: Proficient with Siemens TIA Portal and other relevant programming tools.Image Processing Systems: Experience in the integration and application of image processing systems to optimise robotic applications.Fault Diagnosis: Proven practical experience in diagnosing and resolving issues in robotic and automation systems.Willingness to Travel: Preparedness for regular business travel.Language Skills: Good command of German (min. B2) and English (min. B2).
