100% remote Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) with Dutch | 800 EUR welcome bonus
Aufgaben:
- Advising our Dutch-speaking customers by telephone and e-mail (50% Backoffice - 50% Inbound Calls)
- Sale of products and services
- Solving queries quickly and competently to increase customer satisfaction
- Processing and resolving customer complaints
- Building relationships with the new and existing customer base
- Adhering to the principles and values of our company
Qualifikationen:
- Fluency in Dutch (C2-level) and English (B2-Level)
- Excellent customer service expertise
- Previous experience in a customer focused or sales environment, previous contact centre experience is desirable
- Proficient IT Skills (Microsoft-Office)
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and eagerness to learn
- Valid work permit for Germany
- Willing to work flexible hours as the job demands (Monday to Friday between 08:00 AM and 5:30 PM, no weekends)
- A broadband connection (DSL, VDSL or cable connection)
