Technical Support Specialist (m,f) 2nd Level with German: IP telephony
Ihre Aufgaben:
Process support requests;
Consistently achieve client KPIs; Utilize and actively participate in the improvement in the existing client Knowledge Database;
Provide high level of technical guidance and assistance in problem solving.
Interest in Networking and Linux;
Customer oriented and pro-active team player;
Telecommunications knowledge or education is considered an advantage
Convenient office location, close to bus stations and the metro - hybrid model of working
Comprehensive initial training and onboarding (fully paid by us)
Das bringen Sie mit:
Good communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal;
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills;
Experience with VoIP is an advantage;
