Sales and Applications Engineer
Aufgaben:
In your role as Sales and Applications Engineer you will be responsible for meeting revenue and gross margin targets in direct accounts and indirectly via channel partners while providing sales as well as applications support (product demonstrations) of the OSM WaferSense products. This position is a hands-on technical sales position requiring giving technical presentations to channel partners, prospects, and or customers. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where your ideas and contributions will be valued and respected. - Develop and pursue new business opportunities and manage project activity and customer relationship to achieve revenue growth objectives. - Manage direct accounts to optimize revenue and gross margin. - Manage channel partners (distributors) to optimize revenue and gross margin. - Maintain customer profiles and opportunities information through the CRM system and provide feedback to management via reports on sales activities and to provide short-term and long-term sales forecasts automatically via our CRM system - Conduct product demonstrations and evaluations that lead to a sale. - Develop and communicate new applications of products to resolve customer problem and to share successes with the Global WaferSense team. - Create Return-On-Investment analysis based on the use cases with customers. - Provide training on products to customers and channel partners. - Lead application seminars/technical presentations and present solutions to channel partners, prospects, or customers. - Providing feedback to sales and engineering, reporting problems and/or suggesting enhancements for our products. - Perform other engineering, service and market related duties as required.
Qualifikationen:
- Bachelor's degree or above (engineering or scientific degree preferred) - 5-8 years' experience in a similar sales or technical role (3-5 years if with direct Semiconductor Fab experience) - Semiconductor fab or supplier experience as a process or equipment engineer preferred - Fluent in English both written and spoken - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills working with customers and internal stakeholders - Proactive; self-driven and result oriented, with strong sense of integrity and accountability - Able to travel and work across the EMEA
