Sales Manager - Germany and Austria (d/f/m)
Aufgaben:
As a Sales Manager, you will be involved in customer facing and closing deals for Bently Nevada. You will develop sales plan for a specific region within Germany & Austria (region will be defined, based on candidates location). You will also collaborate with other functional team to ensure sales target are met accordingly. - Being responsible for securing sales orders through directing customer relationship in designated sales coverage in Germany & Austria. - Taking ownership of meet/exceed sales volume and coordinating customer requirement with internal organization for vibration monitoring system solution. - Communicating and creating effective area sales strategy and well-defined growth action plans to each account and product lines. - Developing and maintaining customer relationships through the sales of products/services and meeting customer needs. - Identifying new customers from non-traditional market and growth market share from existing marketplace - Understanding and participating in entire commercial proposal process and communicate closely with Supporting Sales Specialist, Key-Account-Managers and the local Service Team
Qualifikationen:
- Have successfully completed your Bachelor studies in Engineering or an equal-ant field - Have proven experience in petrochemical, gas, power or heavy industry as a I&C, electrical or mechanical engineer - Have proven Sales experience for industrial goods - Have basic knowledge of plant maintenance method and control or monitoring devices in industrial markets - Be fluent in German and English (Spoken & Written) - Be familiar with computer skills and office related software - Be proactive and have a drive to achieve results to grow - Be able to travel up to 50% (within the defined Sales Region)
