Renewal Sales Specialist
Aufgaben:
- From our Boeblingen, Munich, Bochum or Braunschweig office you will be responsible for the renewals within Germany
- You cover most of they Keysight businesses and are the specialist within Keysight (for your colleagues)and for the customer when it comes to Renewals
- Driving communication with the Customers, Account Managers with whom you align strategies, and Keysight technical staff to ensure continued customer success - the heart of our
- Keysight Leadership Model You are part of a newly developed European team, and you are responsible for the results of your own business
- And you close deals
Qualifikationen:
- Demonstrated experience - track record in disciplined execution of a renewals process including complex funnel management to enable reaching and exceeding sales goals in a renewals business and accelerating business growth.
- Proactive - to ensure a timely renewals process.
- Strategic - scheduled approach to selling; driven by disciplined execution and proactive proven sales methodologies and mentality
- Leadership mindset - lead Customer Business Reviews and other Sales related projects requiring coordination with partner organizations within the business
- Goal driven - develops strong relationships inside and outside the company and drives for robust internal partnerships and collaborations cross-functionally
- Win/win attitude with sound judgment and resource management
- Collaborative - partner with sales colleagues, the business center, marketing and delivery teams to maximize business results and create growth opportunities
- Ability to continually assess and understand customer's business initiatives and identify issues/opportunities, that the customer may not even be aware of, where Keysight's portfolio can provide significant value in helping them to achieve their business goals
- Curious/Learning mindset with a fierce and unwavering desire to know and learn more about their customer and their own profession
Communication/relationship skills:
- Strong Customer relationship building skills at all levels
- The ability to articulate and demonstrate Keysight's value propositions to the customer at all levels within their business
- A skilled negotiator with professional communication skills - experienced with presenting/influencing, creating & articulating «The Story»
- Skilled at executive selling, articulating the strategic impact that Keysight can make to deliver success for our customers
- Executive Presence
- Business & Financial Acumen Capability
- Well versed in Microsoft Office - Excel for data analysis & comparison and Powerpoint for customer presentations
- Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2-4 yrs relevant experience
