Ihre Aufgaben:
- The understanding of the lymphoma immune microenvironment and its effects on systemic immunity in syngeneic mouse models
- Enhancing CAR T cells using targeted modulation of the immune system in novel 4 th and 5 th generation CARs
- Generation of metabolic dependencies to achieve highly synergistic cell death in cancer target cells
- Understanding disease- and treatment related alterations of host immunity
Das bringen Sie mit:
- A doctor of philosophy (PhD) or a Dr. rer. nat in immunology, biology, molecular biology, molecular medicine or equivalent.
- Above the average motivation and work ethics
- Strong theoretical and practical background in standard methods of cellular and molecular immunology supplemented by understanding of cellular biology
- Experience in animal models of cancer and/or immune related research
- High writing and speaking skills in English
- Ability to work together in a healthy team that is supportive of one another
- Experience in omics data science
- Experience in animal handling
