Administrative Coordinator Professional (m/w/d)
Aufgaben:
- Meeting management - Management of appointments for managers with own decision-making competence including writing logs and follow up actions
- Organization and management of regular working meetings and technical guidance of colleagues
- Travel management - booking and billing of business trips
- Collaboration in planning and monitoring of various budgets (e.g. staff, travel)
- Support Management regarding the team budget and follow up of milestones
- Standardized procurement management - ordering of materials, services and equipment/work equipment as well as dispatch of documents and materials in compliance with regulatory requirements and partly
- Support in contract negotiations
- Ensure the flow of targeted communication, mostly on organizational, administrative and personnel issues (e.g. Create and send newsletters/announcements)
Qualifikationen:
- High level of communication capability & service orientation
- very good knowledge of English (C1)
- Experience / training in project management
- Organizational talent with high flexibility
- Self-responsible and solution-oriented working methods, even in complicated work processes
