Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) EPC-Projects in Chemical Plant Industry
Ihre Aufgaben:
You will play a significant role in the international project management of chemical/industrial plant construction projects with medium and mostly high complexity (i.e. EPC projects).
In this key position, you manage the project team consisting of motivated and diverse members in an agile matrix organization.
You report directly to the Global Head of Project Management and act as an interface to various Operating Units of thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions AG.
With your wealth of experience you are responsible for the independent planning, structuring and processing of the execution as well as the active management of risks.
You manage and control the project execution in accordance to defined quality, cost and time related criteria.
With your profound expertise you support the preparation of bids related to project management input such as schedules, hourly estimates and execution concepts.
You are responsible for the internal and external coordination of the relevant internal and external stakeholders incl. the customer and appear confident and experienced in this.
Das bringen Sie mit:
You should have a master's degree in engineering, ideally in mechanical engineering, process engineering or a similar discipline.
You already have solid experience as a (Senior) Project Manager in the execution of chemical/industrial plant construction projects, preferable you have also gained experience in project controls.
You convince with your excellent intercultural communication skills in English language as well as with your result-oriented way of working.
A sense of responsibility, the ability to work in a team, flexibility, pragmatism and commitment are characteristics that make you stand out.
Solid knowledge of the common MS Office applications, MS Project and/or Primavera.
Project Management Certification in accordance to PMI, Prince or IPMA.
The willingness to travel worldwide.
