Project Director (m­­/­­f­­/­­d) Chemical Plant Industry

You will play a significant role in the international project management of chemical/industrial plant construction projects with high volume/complexity (i.e. EPC projects on turnkey and lumps sum basis). Responsibility for strategic and operational planning and execution is in your hands in this exclusive role. You do manage but lead a project team consisting of motivated and diverse members. You co-develop their goals and promote achievements. You confidently move in an agile matrix organization and you represent the projects towards our customers. You report directly to the Global Head of Project Management and act as an interface to various Operating Units of thyssenkrupp Uhde GmbH. Furthermore, implementing and promoting our forward-looking business strategy is part of this position. With your wealth of experience you are responsible for the independent planning, structuring and processing of the execution as well as the active management of risks. With your profound expertise you support the preparation of bids related to project management input such as schedules, hourly estimates and execution concepts. You are responsible for the internal and external coordination of the relevant internal and external stakeholders incl. the customer and appear confident and experienced in this.
