Senior Construction Project Manager (m­­/­­f­­/­­d)

You represent Construction undamp; Commissioning in proposals and contracts. You coordinate the respective interfaces to Project Management, Engineering and Procurement. You manage the pre-construction activities including Construction Engineering, Material Management, QA/QC und Completion Management. You develop the Construction Execution Plan in close alignment with all other disciplines. You develop and maintain the site organization chart and the personnel engagement plan. You are responsible for the budget of own temporary site facilities, site supervision and commissioning personnel as well as pre-construction activities. You are responsible for the Construction undamp; Commissioning input to development and award of subcontracts. You responsibly manage the site mobilization. This includes the design and timely implementation of the temporary site facilities. You coordinate the mobilization of subcontractors to the site. You manage the assignment of personnel to the site in close cooperation with the site management and line organization. You ensure operative support to the site. The coordination of project close-out for Construction undamp; Commissioning including lessons learnt is completing your tasks.
