Senior Application Specialist (m­­/­­f­­/­­d) Licensing software - English language

· Manage the day-to-day operations of the company´s licensing application, including user access, configurations, and troubleshooting · Provide 2nd level technical support and guidance to 1st level support team regarding application functionality and issue resolution · Ensure the application is up-to-date with the latest patches and updates. Collaborate with licensing solution vendor to implement system upgrades and enhancements · Develop and maintain user manuals, training materials, and FAQs related to the Licensing application. Conduct training sessions for new users and refresher courses as needed · Experience setting up and utilizing monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Prometheus) to track application uptime, performance metrics, and end-to-end process visibility for proactive issue detection and trigger alerts in case of system unavailability or performance degradation.
