Global License Manager (m/f/d) English language
Aufgaben:
· Accountable for the end to end process from License generation to License deployment to the end customer
· Drive towards the vision of a single licensing platform across the company
· Consult and ensure quality assurance and monitoring of all relevant processes and data records in the licensing back office
· Drive continuous improvement to the Backend License Management System, Customer Portal and relevant processes.
· Manage external service providers to achieve objective of team
Qualifikationen:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
· Several years of practical IT/ERP, License/Entitlement Management or similar role
· Professional experience in data warehouse design, MS-SQL database management and Linux management
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Fluent English language skills, German language is a plus
