Platform Manager

- This role requires working on-site exclusively, with no other working option available. - To confirm with all site quality management systems and health & safety procedures (ISO17025:2017, ISO15189:2012, GCLP, Human Tissue Act (2004)) - Monitor project progress and quality, effectively communicate with relevant teams/departments; ensure projects are delivered within the turnaround time (TAT) and meet the quality requirement - Formulate and update the production plans according to projection, arrange pipeline to ensure smooth operation, optimize NGS protocols and automation of laboratory procedures. - Instruct team leaders to carry out production data summary and statistical analysis. Ensure all relevant information are documented and archived. Be responsible for conducting department's reports. - Establish responsibilities for members by roles and technical levels, supervise them to perform their duties - Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
