PhD Student (f­­/­­m­­/­­d) in the research group Biomarkers for the Individualized Radiotherapy

The project focuses on identifying the epigenetic and metabolic properties of cancer cells that can be employed as new markers for radiotherapy and targets for tumor radiosensitization. The project includes in vitro and in vivo models, patient-derived cultures and multi-omics analysis. - Formulating scientific objectives and hypotheses within the project - Continuous updates on the scientific literature in the field of study - Planning and conducting laboratory experiments - Evaluation and interpretation of the experimental results - Presenting research at the institutional seminars, national and international conferences - Preparing research reports and writing papers for publication in peer-reviewed journals
