Technical Product Specialist (m/w/d) in Vollzeit gesucht
Aufgaben:
· Support our dealers with solutions for technical matters on Road Construction Products
· Identify product quality issues and address them to Technology via product maintenance process
· Prepare material and participate in regular technical meetings with selected dealers
· Conduct occasional field follow-up on technical problems and solutions, as well as urgent troubleshooting activities at dealer or customer's site
Qualifikationen:
You are an outgoing personality with a great passion for actively supporting our authorized dealers in the day-to-day product support of end customers?
· A technical degree and/or corresponding working experience and knowledge
· Knowledge and experiences with Construction Equipment, preferable on Road Production Machinery
· Service minded with a strong drive to continuously improve yourself and our products
· Achievement driven and adapted to new technology shifts
· Good communication through fluent spoken and written English and German
· Willingness to travel occasional within EU and International
