Supervisor Order and Shipment (m­­/­­f­­/­­d)

The Supervisor Order and Shipment (m/f/d) leads a team, manages the delivery and availability of materials, optimizes stock level and quality of inventory (QOI) and ensures minimal cost of transportation, storage, and other logistics. This position will work out of our Clarios EMEA location in Delbrueck/Germany. Ensure on-time deliveries of customer orders Daily check of demands and inventories of Fin-goods and packaging of raw materials Monitor and control of the analyze of customer schedules and create forecasts for internal planning Fit all requirements of all customers in using standards and starts improvement actions Control and review deliver performance (quantity, time) Monitor and control the dispatch plan for logistics service provider and utilization of freight Directly contact to customer, internal suppliers, service provider and shipper Cooperation with Sales / Key Account Monitor and control the clarification of differences in deliveries and define/organize improvement Check-up of Set up Materials System (SAP) in case of product changes, new product launches and Phase outs together with sales department Packaging control and management Ensure on-time packaging availability, (procurement, leasing, maintenance) Planning internal transport and storage of materials Monitor and control the activities of service providers Cost planning, Cost controlling and regular reporting Take responsibility for all direct and indirect work procedures and delegate complete tasks Motivate, instruct, and train the staff Taking of special tasks and projects
