Process Excellence Specialist (all genders)

We are looking for an experienced Process Excellence Specialist to join our team in Norderstedt. This role is essential in driving process improvement initiatives and implementing automation strategies across our global and fast-growing organization. The role will be part of our Operational Excellence team, working closely with our senior project manager, application management team and global process owners. - Process Improvement & Standardization: - Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability. - Work closely with Global Process Owners (GPOs) to identify and implement standardized processes across departments. - Conduct process mapping workshops, root cause analysis, and gap analysis to drive sustainable improvements. - Automation & Digital Transformation: - Identify opportunities for process automation, focusing on areas that offer the highest impact and efficiency gains. - Collaborate with the Application Management team to design and implement automation solutions that integrate seamlessly with business applications like SAP and SalesCloud. - Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption of automated processes. - Collaboration with Application Management: - Serve as the key liaison between the Operational Excellence team and the Application Management team, ensuring that process improvements are aligned with technical capabilities and system requirements. - Participate in joint process mapping and automation design sessions, working closely with IT and system owners to align on feasible solutions. - Monitor and support the maintenance of automated processes, working with Application Management to ensure they remain scalable and reliable. - Project Management & Execution: - Manage end-to-end project execution, from scoping and planning to implementation and evaluation, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and within budget. - Coordinate with Global Process Owners and department heads to align improvement initiatives with organizational objectives and ensure smooth adoption. - Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of process improvements and automation initiatives. - Continuous Improvement & Training: - Drive a culture of continuous improvement by coaching and mentoring teams on process excellence principles and methodologies. - Provide training sessions on process improvement tools and techniques, empowering departments to self-sustain improvement initiatives.
