Business Data & Process Analyst (m/w/d)

- Develop, implement, and oversee data management policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and quality, including data cleansing, validation, and normalization. - Collaborate with IT and business teams to define and to align the process as well as data requirements with organizational goals; document, optimize processes and data considering potentials for centralization or outsourcing - Discover, model and document processes and facilitate the process change with process owners/ SMEs - Derive and implement corrective improvement actions by measuring process performance and data quality via acquiring sufficient knowledge and operational skill to execute processes and tools. - Support and train users on technicality of the process, tools and best practices, as well as provide temporary operational support on identified bottleneck activities - Act as regional lead for the Global Purchasing Data Management Working Group and liaise with Purchasing and Purchasing Back Office to coordinate centralized or outsourced activities. - Continuously learn and update skills on emerging technologies, trends in data management and share experiences/ know-how with the team
