Ihre Aufgaben:
- Detailed analysis of current and future reporting and analytical needs
- Definition of KPIs and alignment across systems
- Prototyping (if needed)
- Definition of harmonized reports for cancellations, retention, and upselling
- Handover of requirements to the implementation team
- Development support and user acceptance testing
- Implementation (support) of cross-system reports/dashboards
Das bringen Sie mit:
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Strong knowledge in data engineering and advanced analytics
- Proficiency in SQL and cloud-based big data environments such as GCP
- Desirable: Familiarity with Tableau and Business Objects, as well as experience in subscriber business
- Language skills in English OR German
