HR Business Partner (m/w/d)
Aufgaben:
*You will collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and provide HR guidance that contributes to achieving business goals.
*You will support the design and implementation of performance management processes, providing guidance on goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
*You will provide guidance and support during organizational changes, mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring initiatives.
*You will collaborate with training specialists to assess training needs, design development programs, and deliver training sessions to enhance employee skills and competencies.
*You will identify opportunities for organizational improvement and develop strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
*You will utilize HR analytics to provide insights and recommendations for informed decision-making, such as turnover analysis, workforce planning, and diversity initiatives.
*You will prepare monthly FTE reports / FTE Planning
*You will stay updated on labor laws and regulations in Germany, ensuring HR policies, procedures, and practices are compliant and up to date.
*You will provide labor law guidance / compliance to business
*You will assist in the management of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards and internal equity.
*You will be in close collaboration with payrolling & payrolling provider to assure smooth processing
*You will suggest new HR strategies in line with overall business strategy & goals
*You will assure continuous improvement of HR processes & involvement in HR projects
Qualifikationen:
*You have a bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
You bring along proven experience (3+ years) as an HR Business Partner or similar role in the automotive or manufacturing industry
*You acquire in-depth knowledge of German labor laws, regulations, and employment practices.
*You have demonstrated expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
*You are proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MS Office Suite.
*You are fluent in English and German, both written and verbal.
*You bring along strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
*You are a strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into HR solutions.
*You acquire experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
*You have excellent organizational and project management skills.
