*You will collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and provide HR guidance that contributes to achieving business goals. *You will support the design and implementation of performance management processes, providing guidance on goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans. *You will provide guidance and support during organizational changes, mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring initiatives. *You will collaborate with training specialists to assess training needs, design development programs, and deliver training sessions to enhance employee skills and competencies. *You will identify opportunities for organizational improvement and develop strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity. *You will utilize HR analytics to provide insights and recommendations for informed decision-making, such as turnover analysis, workforce planning, and diversity initiatives. *You will prepare monthly FTE reports / FTE Planning *You will stay updated on labor laws and regulations in Germany, ensuring HR policies, procedures, and practices are compliant and up to date. *You will provide labor law guidance / compliance to business *You will assist in the management of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards and internal equity. *You will be in close collaboration with payrolling & payrolling provider to assure smooth processing *You will suggest new HR strategies in line with overall business strategy & goals *You will assure continuous improvement of HR processes & involvement in HR projects
