Global Product Manager Medical Devices (m/f/d)
Aufgaben:
- Work in interdisciplinary project teams as the voice of customer throughout all project phases from requirements setting to the launch.
- Manage product launches defined by a stage gate driven Product Development & Introduction process.
- Assess market requirements and user needs and develop market entry strategies for new products including pricing strategy to ensure delivering on margin and revenue goals.
- Producing business cases for product opportunities as a basis for investment.
- Help developing marketing and launch plans in collaboration with product marketing managers including product training for sales and others departments.
- Work with Marketing to produce marketing and technical literature on time and in budget.
- Support with strategic input regarding key clinical conditions that Azenta should focus on, based on our core competencies and based on the capabilities of currently available solutions.
- Product Maintenance: ongoing care and support of product line, including monitoring customer satisfaction, competitor activity, new customer needs and sales support materials, product changes and maintaining a business intelligence database for the product portfolio.
- Develop and maintain key metrics to measure success in all responsible areas.
- Actively champion and demonstrate the Azenta Values of Customer Focus, Achievement, Teamwork, Accountability, Employee Value, and Integrity in all activities.
Qualifikationen:
- Scientific degree, or Engineering degree with experience in the clinical IVD sector, PhD and/or MBA is a plus.
- Significant working experience in laboratory instrumentation industry (clinical; IVD), either from a Product Management/Marketing or R&D perspective.
- Strong knowledge regarding GMP and MDR regulations.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
- Ability to communicate effectively in a global organization.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Energetic, pragmatic, business driven.
- Organized and independent.
- Team player.
- Fluent written and spoken English, good knowledge of a second language is a plus.
