Aufgaben:
- Your thing. In small teams, you will work independently and close to the product. You will find your solutions and accompany the entire production cycle.
- Support of DC and High Power applications for wafer probe systems and analytical probes in the EMEA region
- Determination of customer application requirements and configuration of the appropriate solution
- Close collaboration with the Sales department and our Distributors to communicate advantages of our products to customers and win sales
- Leading system demos to showcase system features and performance to customers
- Visiting customer labs to perform troubleshooting and train users on system operation
- Technical support for sales with regard to customer inquiries, quotation configurations and order evaluation
- Representing the Voice of the Customer to guide new product development and roadmapping
- Attending/presenting at conferences and trade shows
- Analysis and evaluation of assembly defects, customer complaints and warranty issues
- Execution of acceptance tests in-house and at customer sites
Qualifikationen:
- M.S. or PhD in the field of electrical engineering, semiconductor physics, or a similar field
- At least 4+ years of experience in a similar field of activity desirable
- Technical background in related technical fields (thermodynamics, optics, mechanics)
- Experience with semiconductor wafer test systems, measurements, and associated challenges
- Experience with FormFactor wafer probe systems and software is a plus
- Detail-oriented work, strong problem-solving skills, customer orientation and good teamwork skills
- Fluent communication in German & English both verbally and in writing
- Good knowledge of the common MS Office applications
- Willingness to travel within EMEA and to the US
