Über uns:
For our client in the aerospace industry, we are looking for motivated candidates for the following position in Hamburg-Finkenwerder Germany with immediate effect:
The Jobholder (d/f/m) will work as a Customer Service Manager. The Airspace Customer Definition Centre (CDC) is the unique and world-class location/facility where airline customers (Airlines and leasing companies) can explore various interior options for their new aircraft, select and discuss individual layouts and define their cabin interior. It aims to speed up the definition process and support both airline customers but also Airbus programmes teams during cabin customization meetings.
Aufgaben:
- Represents Airbus in front of customers by ensuring first class customer service
- Acts as the Customer Definition Centre (CDC) entry point for the various internal Airbus departments as well as the CDC technical team
- Prepare and drive an individual visit / guidance agenda for every customer
- Guarantees the on-time availability of dedicated experts and equipment for each customer meeting
- Represents Airbus in front of the involved Airbus cabin suppliers
Qualifikationen:
- Independent, structured and result-oriented work in a creative enviroment
- Strong communication skills to work with contacts at all levels and maintain business relationships
- Strong customer focus
- Project management at least Bachelor's degree or
- Industrial engineering at least Bachelor's degree or
- Business administration at least Bachelor's degree or
- International management at least Bachelor's degree
- Assistance at least 2 years
- Customer service at least 4 years
- Experience as a flight attendant is an advantage
- Project management at least basic knowledge
- Process management at least basic knowledge
- Airbus experience an advantage
- Language skills:
- German at least business fluent
- other languages an advantage
