- job description:
- As Cabin Vendor Manager, the job holder (d/m/w) is part of a team responsible for the development of aircraft cabin upgrades.
- There, the job holder is responsible for the management and development of customization, definition and qualification of aircraft cabin equipment (e.g. seats, galleys, lavatories).
- - Responsible for the creation and delivery of technical specifications for aircraft cabin interiors - You coordinate all activities to ensure an agreed definition with all involved parties - In this context you organize, prepare or support international technical coordination meetings.
- - You are in charge of closely monitor, steer and accept the external deliverables of the cabin suppliers - To ensure the aircraft certification you essentially contribute with your on-time deliverables to the required European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) certification process - You support the physical integration into the aircraft (on site and off site) - Cost estimation and cost controlling are also one of your tasks - You are responsible for managing our engineering subcontractors as well

- education / studies:
- - Aircraft construction at least Bachelor's degree or - Aerospace at least Bachelor's degree or - Industrial engineering at least Bachelor's degree
- professional experience:
- - Engineering at least 3 years - Construction at least 3 years - in the area of cabin development/integration/definition over 3 years would be desirable
- IT:
- - Catia V5 at least knowledge of detailed functions - PDMLink (product data management system/validation tool) at least knowledge of detailed functions - Taksy/Gesy/Tesy at least knowledge of detailed functions - vpm at least knowledge of detailed functions - VPM A350 at least knowledge of detailed functions - Google Workspace
- language skills:
- - German at least proficient - English at least business fluent
