Customer Service and Orderhandling Input orders and forecasts manually or Automatically. (Includes all necessary actions like Calculating the demand, creating material, etc) Check availability Take all necessary actions to ensure an in-time- Delivery to the customer (ask purchasing Department to schedule in, arrange direct Shipments, etc) Confirm to customer Issue deliveries to customer Handling of stock inquiries Handling of daily correspondence Take immediate actions in case of line stop Support manager and other departments in Customer related projects Run tests for customer related projects (new EDI, Consignment, etc.) Provide best customer service to ensure customer Satisfaction Processing of complaints and returns
