Working student Event Organizer (m/f/d)
Collaborate with the events team to plan and execute our signature event, «the International Reinsurance Workshop» that will be held in person in Munich in October 2024
Collaborate with the client underwriting team to plan and execute online events with global clients
Coordinate event logistics, including on-site and online coordination
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure events align with organizational goals and objectives
Provide post-event analysis and feedback to improve future events
Currently enrolled as a student at University or College
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for event planning and a creative mindset
Fluent spoken and written English
Prior experience in event planning or related activities is a plus
