Teamleader (m­­/­­f­­/­­d) Solar Construction

- You are responsible for the construction of our solar plants in various countries - You lead and develop your team of project manager and site-manager located in different countries - You ensure and continuously improve our high-quality standards of our solar farms - You ensure and continuously improve documentation and execution of HSE standards - You are responsible for the timely and on budget execution of our projects - You identify and respect country specific requirements - You ensure good communication and collaboration with other departments within ABO Energy. - You maintain and expand our network of external partners and subcontractors - You continuously support our organisation to improve our processes, quality and cost efficiency. Perform site visits to ensure contractual compliance and best quality of the works
