Adapt scope description for enquiry purposes (as needed) Develop/adapt Bill of Quantities (BoQ) for construction works, according to the proposal/project requirements, and coordinate material take-offs from engineering Perform in-house estimation of costs for construction works Tender construction works jointly with Procurement: Prepare the technical enquiry package in relation to subcontractors Clarify and evaluate quotations Perform benchmarking Estimate the costs for temporary site facilities Estimate the costs for site management undamp; supervision for construction and commissioning Estimate the costs for the home office (in-house) support of Construction Provide input to Construction Summary Support the construction portion of the tendering process during the project execution phase Clarify and evaluate quotations (perform benchmarking) Perform post calculation for the construction portion of executed projects
