Ihre Aufgaben:
Rewards & Performance Benefits & WellBeing Lead GSA (all genders) Strategic design of local benefits programs, pension plans and wellbeing initiatives in GSA in line with Sanofi's global benefits & wellbeing strategy to offer an attractive total rewards package and meet business needs. Ensuring constant alignment with all relevant internal and external stakeholders on global and MCO level as well as strategic coordination with different departments (e. g. Pension, Finance & Accounting, HSE), and supervising the correct implementation in the three countries with a high degree of personal responsibility. Each of the three countries has a comprehensive benefits package and different collective bargaining agreements as well as different legislation in labor, tax and social security law are under the responsibility of this position. In addition, in Germany there is the entire pension system of the former Hoechst group, with wide and very specific regulations that has to be managed actively. The role includes Health & wellbeing responsibilities (e. g. EAP, medical check-ups, All Well days, Cancer & Work), high degree of personal responsibility for strategic and far-reaching decisions (such as the introduction of the social partner model), active internal stakeholder management between management, P & C, Finance & Accounting and employee representatives (works council & spokesman committee). Pension plan design & management in accordance with best market practice and under consideration of local collective bargaining agreements, labor + tax + social security law requirements as well as actuarial + accounting aspects. Provide consultancy and recommendations to the P & C colleagues within GSA as well as the P & C leadership team and the MCO board in terms of de-risking and cost optimization based on benefits analysis. Setting up new benefits policies, negotiations with employee representatives (unions, works council, spokesmen committee, etc.), constant alignment with internal and external stakeholders, ensure correct implementation as well as employee communication. Representing Sanofi in several working groups, such as Gauger Kreis, employer association HessenChemie or benefits vehicles like Pensionskasse and SEPF. Das bringen Sie mit:
Min. 7 years of professional experience in German pensions, field of insurance, law, Finance / Accounting, consulting, or HR is required (senior profile). Experience in a global group structure is an advantage. Good balance on hands-on and strategic mindset. Collaboration with peers and Region / Country teams, strong stakeholder management as well as capability to build a strong network. Ability to work in an international matrix environment. High level of rigor and excellent analytical skills. High degree on independent work and also constant strategic alignment with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Education : University degree in Economics, Finance, or related field of studies with extensive knowledge on Betriebliche Altersversorgung. Languages : Fluent in German and Business fluent in English.
