- Successfully completed studies in marketing, business administration, mechanical/electrical engineering, device design, or similar - Several years of professional experience in business development, marketing, and new product development - Knowledge of IT applications (Salesforce, MS Office skills) - Entrepreneurial thinking, a goal-oriented, cross-departmental working style, quality awareness and the ability to respond to changes and implement them with the team - A strong communicator, committed and organized personality who also impresses with determination, persuasiveness, and creativity - Very good German language skills for daily communication with employees and good written and spoken English skills for cooperation with other departments - You work independently, organized and with a service-oriented appearance as an empathetic team player. - You can communicate with different target groups with a high level of social competence and enjoy working with people. - Dealing with data protection and sensitive data (wages/salaries, personnel data, etc.) is a matter of course for you. - You are characterized by the ability to solve problems, by a proactive, careful, and structured working style.
