HR Transformation&Digital AD Specialist (f/m/d) - Airbus - Taufkitchen
Ihre Aufgaben:
The jobholder works as a HR Transformation & Digital Specialist (f/m/d) and will join department in Airbus Defence & Space whos mission is to drive and accompany the transformation of the HR function into its future, leveraging new Digital capabilities while continuously boosting the HR performance in order to meet HR customer's business needs. This means to monitor overall performance and effectiveness of the HR standard solutions, consult in cases with high expertise and to consider potential impacts of HR relevant legislation & regulation at the day to day operations. In line and complementary to the Airbus Group values, the department values are: - Reporting: - Reporting and Analysis of HR KPIs (absenteeism, headcount, bonus, salary review...) - Authorisations Management - HR Processes and ImprovementsAct as support to HR4HR team in the following activities - Participating to HR tools deployments and policies implementation (from business need definition to change plan implementation towards endusers) - Leading Business Transformation projects linked to legal restructuring or carve in/ out regarding tools and HR processes impacts - HR Process and Policy Deployment - HR partnering with the business
Das bringen Sie mit:
- Team oriented mind-set - High energy with a positive, enthusiastic, flexible and resilient posture, ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment - Structured, self-organized and collaborative way of working - Ability to communicate and influence towards diverse audiences (incl. senior management) and strong networking skills - Hands-on, pragmatic approach to building digital products (entrepreneurial mindset) - Creativity and appetence for problem solving - Customer orientation to provide user-centric solutions and to boost our customer satisfaction - HR operational experience, with good knowledge of HR processes and business acumen is necessary - MS Excel at least knowledge of detailed functions - MS Office at least knowledge of detailed functions - SAP at least knowledge of detailed functions - Knowledge of Google Workspace and Google Sheets would be a plus - Knowledge of workday would be a plus - Strong Information management systems skills are required - Knowledge of Data Analytics are required - Knowledge in Stakeholder management is necessary - Agile would be a plus - German at least business fluent - English at least business fluent
