Innovation Function and Project Controller's Support (m/w/d)

- Finanzielle Projektanalyse, Controlling, Überwachung und Reporting - OP/FC/YE-Planung und Ausblick-Finanzunterstützung - Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Geschäftsfällen / Finanzmodellen - Analyse der KVP KPI und Umsetzung von Ideen, Unterstützung bei RT und Innovation - Einrichtung und Eröffnung des Projekt-PSP und Budgetfreigabe - Projektüberwachung - Berichterstattung - PO-Genehmigung und IWOs - Monatliche Abschlussaktivitäten Unterstützung für externe RT-kofinanzierte Projektcontroller: - Unterstützung bei Kostenkalkulation, Preisgestaltung und Angebotsabgabe - Eröffnung des Projekt WBS - Projektcontrolling - Kostenabrechnung / Berichtserstellung (inkl. Prüfzertifikat) - Rechnungsstellung / Barzuweisung - Umsatz-/Zuschusserkennung - als Eingabe für die Buchhaltung für den Abschlussprozess - Monatliche Berichterstattung - EAC-Update in SAP - Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung jährlicher Preisprüfungsaktivitäten - Ad-hoc-Unterstützung für andere Teamkollegen (Fincance Business Partners The jobholder works as a RT Innovation Function and Project Controllers Support (f/m/d) and the main tasks are: - Financial project analysis, controlling monitoring and reporting - OP/FC/YE planning and outlook finance support - Support to business Case creation/financial modelling - Team task and processes continuous improvement analysis and execution of ideas Support to RT and innovation internal projects controlling: - Set up and opening of project WBS and budget release - Project monitoring - Reporting - PO approval and IWOs - Monthly closing activities - Support to external RT co funded Projects controller: - Support to costing, pricing and offer submission - Opening of project WBS - Project controlling ? Cost statement / report preparation (incl audit certificate) - Invoicing / Cash allocation - Revenue / Grant recognition - as input to accounting for closing process - Monthly reporting - EAC update in SAP - Support to preparation of yearly price audit activities - Adhoc support to further finance business partners of the team
