HR ASSISTANT (M/F/D) HUMAN RESOURCE SHARED SERVICE (f/m/d)
Aufgaben:
- Provide multilingual support within the HRSS team
- Co-operate with HRBPs, Recruitment Team, Immigration Team and other business functions within the organization
- Review, improve, and manage HRSS processes
- Report the issues and challenges to her/his manager
- Suggest proactively improvement ideas
- Provides first in-line support, responding to queries, signposting employees to policies, procedures & specialist advice from the other members of the team
- Efficiently manage and administer the HR operations processing timely and accurate
Qualifikationen:
- Initial experience in the area around Human Resources
- MS Office skills especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Enjoy working with different business units as well as local and international colleagues within a multicultural matrix organisation
- A high level of flexibility, reliability, intercultural competence and the ambition to support with the best possible quality
- Team player and good communicator in both German as well English language and Nordic, Scandinavian and/or Baltic language is a plus
