Franchise Technical Sales Engineer (m/f/d)
Ihre Aufgaben:
We have an exciting opportunity within our Semiconductor Franchised Division. As part of our global growth strategy, we are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer / Product Sales Engineer. This role will focus on promoting franchise brands by leveraging technical capabilities, cost reduction strategies, and supply chain risk management. Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will engage with new and existing customers to secure high-value, design-led projects for our expanding portfolio of franchise distribution brands. - Drive revenue growth in key customer accounts to meet revenue and margin goals in your assigned region. - Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with diverse customers to align business goals and execution plans. - Engage customer engineering and component teams, using sales and technical expertise to specify, design, and drive demand for a broad range of franchise products. - Identify potential leads, plan and organize sales calls and customer visits, build relationships, compile quotations, and manage sales opportunities from design to order fulfillment. - Understand market trends and business challenges to recommend suitable product technologies and services. - Present technical and commercial information effectively to customers. - Conduct regular business reviews with Rebound Franchise and customers to track activities and progress. - Perform any other assignments as required. High-Quality Alternatives: We offer high-quality alternatives to established brands, ensuring availability during shortages and reducing lead times for better service and capital utilization. Lifecycle Management: Ideal for lifecycle management, particularly concerning EOL (End of Life) products. Supply Chain Solutions: Mitigate supply chain risks with smarter solutions and address potential geopolitical trade issues.
Das bringen Sie mit:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics or equivalent industry experience - Knowledge of electronic components technology. - Strong interpersonal skills for both internal and external communication. - Proficiency in verbal and written English; additional Chinese language skills are a plus. - Strategic selling approach and business acumen. - Inquisitive mindset to identify and develop new sales opportunities. - Proactive, open-minded, flexible, energetic, and a continuous learner. - Strong problem-solving skills. - Competency in product knowledge. - Ability to sell according to customer requirements. - Understanding of product development concepts. - Effective presentation skills. - Technical aptitude. - Excellent verbal communication skills. - Deep analytical thinking. - An innovative mindset.
