You will manage assigned work-package global Supply Chain Operations «end to end». Furthermore, you will act as Project Manager interfacing suppliers on work-package level, leading multi-functional teams, managing contractual deliverables on-time, on-quality and supporting on-cost, end to end for the entire product life cycle. We look forward to receiving your application! - Manage assigned work-package global Supply Chain Operations «end to end», from forecasting/planning, purchasing, supplier development & monitoring, delivery to final payment (P2P) - Act as Project Manager interfacing suppliers on work-package level, leading multi-functional teams, managing contractual deliverables on-time, on-quality and supporting on-cost, end to end for the entire product life cycle (including the different design milestones and their reviews; PDR, CDR, QR, etc.) - Act as focal point for assigned work-packages, towards contracted suppliers, and internally towards program, engineering, logistics, production, other stakeholders and senior leadership - Support Procurement and multi-functional teams in the sourcing and contracting phase, identifying potential suppliers, assessing suppliers' risks (Quality, Delivery, Cost, Responsiveness), negotiating relative supply chain terms and conditions towards industrialization of new products - Ensure suppliers' readiness by leading capacity audits and supporting capability assessments - Control and manage the suppliers' performance and improvement throughout the entire product lifecycle end to end, initiating reviews, recovery plans and corrective actions, and ensuring their implementation, while continuously using standard key-performance-indicators
Qualifikationen:
- University degree of Engineering and/or Business Administration, or equivalent - Work experience in supply chain or technical project management roles, out of which 2 in a similar position within a technology driven industry (i.e. Aerospace or Automotive) - Experience in leading and managing stakeholders in a multi-functional team environment is required - Experience in development environment (New Product Introduction) as well as serial production is required - Knowledge of ERP systems is required - Excellent communications and leadership maturity. Ability to build trust and consensus and secure commitment from all team members. Able to facilitate and lead workshops, with willingness to take risks in decision making - Willingness to travel on demand within EU as well as worldwide for supplier visits (max. once per month) - Fluent English is essential - Working on-site possible and submission of English resume required
