Energy Test Engineer - Cells (f/m/d) for Aviation
Aufgaben:
Start as an Energy Test Engineer - Cells (f/m/d) with us into a joint and successful future. As a specialist and personnel supplier for the aerospace industry for decades and in partnership with renowned companies in the aviation industry as well as aviation pioneers, SimpleXX GmbH is looking for an Energy Test Engineer (f/m/d) for the Weßling site at the next possible date within the framework of temporary employment with a takeover option. You will plan and execute battery tests, managing both internal and external labs. Furthermore, you will focus on cell testing, with occasional module or pack tests as needed. We look forward to receiving your application! - Plan and execute battery tests, managing both internal and external labs - Focus on cell testing, with occasional module or pack tests as needed and program and configure test benches - Analyze test data, interpret results, and provide feedback to stakeholders, closely collaborating with integration and battery development teams to drive improvements - Manage certification documentation, including test reports, ensuring compliance with industry standards (CS23, DO-160, DO-311) - Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as required
Qualifikationen:
- Education in electrical, mechanical, mechatronics engineering, or a related field - Strong practical and theoretical experience with lithium-ion cells, batteries and with practical tasks and tools - Hands-on experience with test systems (Kratzer, PEC, Basytec, AVL, etc.) and battery testing equipment (sensors, data acquisition, etc.) - Strong motivation to build structures and processes; proactive and self-reliant approach is key - Analytical, target-focused, and collaborative, with strong problem-solving skills - Familiarity with BMS functions and CAN systems is a plus - Automotive or aerospace experience is a plus - Fluent English required, German or other languages are a plus - Working on-site and submission of English resume required - Tools: MATLAB, Python, Kratzer, PEC, Basytec, AVL
