- Continuous critical analysis, inspection, and optimization of the processes of service providers, monitoring of KPIs; continuous improvement of quality, service availability and profitability - Communication with and coordination of providers within the projects and timelines. - Maintaining IT systems for employee enrollment and training documentation - Close cooperation with the line manager in day-to-day business - Market screening for the establishment or replacement of services - Ensuring smooth operation of the central scullery as contact for technical and organizational queries - Support in laboratory planning, acquisitions, equipment qualifications, device calibrations.
