SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT MODERATOR (M/F/X)
WITH FLUENT LANGUAGE SKILLS IN DUTCH AND ENGLISH
We support our customer, an international technology service provider, in the search for motivated employees as social media content moderator (m/f/x).
YOUR TASKS
o Evaluate content based on our client's guidelines and policies
o Reviewing user-made reports that flag offensive postings
o Back office (non-voice) support
o Ensuring a quality experience for all users according to our client's terms of service
YOUR PROFILE
o Fluent business language skills in the languages English (B2-level) and Dutch (native language)
o Ability to work in flexible shifts 24/7
o Being a team player and willing to work in an international team
o High awareness of the cultural and political situation in the market/region you will be supporting
