Want to disrupt the international energy trading market, and redefine how energy traders work? - Understand the traders's needs in all dimensions to build specific successful use cases with them - Provide insights for further platform development to the enmacc product team - Build a strong relationship with the clients to ensure an open and trust-based exchange of information - Coach traders on how to get the most success out of the enmacc platform and network - Assist traders with creating superior liquidity where needed - Expand customer accounts by seizing upselling and cross-selling opportunities if it helps our customers to succeed even more - Ensure traders have all they need and drive adoption and change management within new customers' organisations - Analyse usage and market data from the DACH region, and manage your dedicated customers accordingly - Act cross-functionally within enmacc as our point of contact for existing customers
