Aufgaben:
- You act as a servant leader and coach for the Agile Release Train (ART), ensuring smooth execution of ART events and practices
- You foster collaboration among Agile teams, product management, system architects, and businessowner
- You coordinate and facilitate key ART events, including PI planning, backlog refinement, and iteratin managemen
- You support the implementation of DevOps principles and continuous delivery to optimize the value stream
- You identify and eliminate impediments, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement
- You coach teams and leadership in Lean-Agile methodologies, promoting a self-organized and collaborative work environment
Qualifikationen:
- Successfully completed studies, preferably in the technical field
- Several years of professional experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Release Train Engineer
- Certified as SAFe® Release Train Engineer (RTE)
- Confident handling of the necessary tools
- Experience in working following the SAFe framework is necessary, ideally in a scaled environment
- Very good English and German skills
