Regional Service Manager (m/f/d) - North America
Aufgaben:
- You work with us on unique projects that do not exist anywhere in the world yet
- We know each other personally and maintain an open and honest contact
- Carrying out repair and conversion work on our agricultural machinery in the field of mechanics, hydraulics, and electronic components in the national and international environment
- Preparation of detailed operational reports for the technical development as well as the Follow-up of operations
- Modification and conversion of machines, assemblies and test benches for testing
- The communication of your service assignments and test results in the direction of construction is a matter of course for you
- Carrying out product training and instruction in an international environment
Qualifikationen:
- Training as an agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics technician or in the field of commercial vehicle technology, preferably also with comparable studies or further training
- Hands-on experience in agriculture/engineering or similar industries
- Good knowledge of vehicle electrics, mechanics, hydraulics and the use of computer-aided diagnostic systems
- Distinct service orientation as well as a high level of commitment and willingness to travel
- Knowledge of German advantageous but not a necessity
- Place of performance of this activity is in Nebraska / Iowa
