Ihre Aufgaben:
Management and support of the entire recruiting process for sea and land personnel
Management and implementation of creative and independently conducted recruiting measures as well as active sourcing in social networks and on specialist platforms
Maintaining the career page on the company's website and drafting texts for adverts
Development and implementation of various marketing activities
Processing of administrative HR tasks
We expect:
Das bringen Sie mit:
A degree with a focus on HR or comparable commercial training with adequate work experience in HR (lateral entry also possible from the areas of personnel services, active sourcing, or a personnel consultancy)
Experiences in the described sphere of responsibility
Very good written and spoken English and German (company language: English)
Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
Ability to work in a team and a high level of commitment and confidentiality
Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
