Projektmanager

Aufgaben:

This customer facing role of a Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalise projects according to strict deadlines and within budget utilising supporting tools like Smartsheet and Salesforce. The Project Manager will also define the project's objectives, manage budgets and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. The role is based in Oberursel, Germany.
Direct and manage project development from the planning to the closure phase
Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis
Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
Review budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary
Where required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company
Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
Plan and track project timelines and milestones using the available tools
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues, and devise contingency plans
Conduct project closure meetings and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
Apply best practices and tools applicable to the various project phases

Qualifikationen:

Excellent spoken and written Germany and English
Bachelor's degree in technical disciplines
Preferably experience managing Session Border Controller projects
Five years of direct work experience in a project management capacity.
PMP or PMI project management certification
Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including senior management, clients, and other departments
Proven track record of successfully completed projects
Strong written and oral communication skills
Proven ability to manage escalations and communicate professionally with customers during difficult situations
Able to learn and understand new technologie
Technically competent with various Microsoft Office software programs, Salesforce and Smartsheet
Availability to travel up across Germany and to other regions as required
