Business Review - Proactively support Directors regarding driving the financial and operational performance - Determination of all relevant key performance indicators on division and department level - Providing Variance Analysis on Division Level - Forecasting of core value drivers (revenues, gross profit/margin, bookings/incoming orders) - Preparation of business review documents and analyses - Calculation of hourly rates for assigned Division - Support the Directors during budgeting process Project Review - Monitor and report project KPIs - Holding monthly project reviews to ensure projects evolve according to expectations - Preparation of project status reports - Identification of risks and definition of mitigation strategies in alignment with project manager - Review of customer bids to ensure correctly hourly rates are used and the target margin is met - Steer the bid approval process from a financial perspective - Ad-hoc-analysis upon request - Enhancement of controlling processes, tools and documentation - Support in S4/HANA implementation projects - Support in the implementation of Corporate Mergers and M&A projects
