As a Product Owner for the Keysight Support Portal at Keysight Technologies, your respoinsiblities will include: - Setting up the product vision: You'll help define the long-term strategic direction for the Keysight Support Portal, to provide a modern, intuitive customer experience, taking in consideration new AI technologies and new experiences. - Handling the product backlog: You'll define and prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes, ensuring the development team focuses on valuable functionality. - Providing acceptance criteria: You'll collaborate with stakeholders to define clear criteria for feature completion and quality. - Managing stakeholders: You'll engage with business stakeholders, customers, as well as the support and delivery team to align product strategy and drive execution. - Product Management Expertise: Being able to develop a deep understanding of customer needs and translate them into actionable product strategy and features. - Strategic Vision: As a Product Owner, you'll define the long-term vision for the product. This involves considering future trends, technological advancements (such as AI integration). - Stakeholder Management: Effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders-development teams, business leaders, customers, and end-users-are essential. You'll need to balance competing priorities and ensure alignment. - Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile practices is crucial. You'll manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and work closely with the development team during sprints. - Customer-Centric Mindset: Prioritizing the best possible customer experience is at the core of your role. Empathy for end-users and the ability to advocate for their needs are vital. - Technical Acumen: While you don't need to be a developer, understanding technical concepts related to SalesForce helps you make informed decisions and communicate effectively with the engineering team.
