Product Owner

- You will be a part of a multi-national product management team and help build products in our email security, backup, and GRC suite, as well as internal tools. - You are responsible for collaborating closely with product managers to understand the product scope and objectives that must be achieved. - You will be a conduit of information and will be the interface between the product management team and the product development centre (PDC) teams. - You will be an essential part in the daily life of the PDC scrum team and actively participate in their ceremonies. - You are responsible to define how to reach designated business and product objectives by writing detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - You will Ideate, visualize, create wireframes, procure mock-ups, and define features needed to reach objectives in close collaboration with product managers as well as PDC team leads in line with the product strategy. - You will own and manage the assigned product backlog, track requests, plan scrum team sprints and sprint goals, and ensure that your PDC teams have a steady stream of achievable tasks. - You will perform user acceptance testing and review developed features based on the defined acceptance criteria to reach and accept product shipping criteria. - You are responsible to review escalated issues, qualify, and prioritize, as well as managing scrum team maintenance backlog and new feature development efforts in accordance with deliverables required by product management. - You convincingly communicate the product vision and motivate the development team in every sprint to give their best reach desired goals.
